Thanks Julie for a lovely review.  Julie has built all her yoga practice with me online , in a small corporate group initially and then on a 1:1 basis.  

I love Michelle's classes - they're both relaxing and challenging. I've really seem my flexibility improve over the past year practicing with Michelle. Michelle also does fabulous Ayurveda massage, which incorporates elements of yoga stretches into massage. I recommend Michelle's classes (and massage!) to everyone - from beginners to more advanced yogis!
